The More Than Rewards Live Lead Engine was built exclusively for BRANDS who are franchises who are taking advantage of the entire MTR digital marketing platform including our HyperDrive CRM, Rider Rewards Customer Loyalty, Biker Bot, Text & Email Marketing, Service Scheduling, HOG Chapter Management, Website Development and more. They don't have to use everything, but the more they use, the more lead data information can be pushed into the Brand's centralized system.
This can be done WITHOUT any particular software development as our entire software suite is globally "connected" for all Brands, we simply "activate" the license for your brand and you're off to the races!OPTION 2 - LIMITED SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT - FULL FLEXIBILITY
"THE LIVE LEAD ENGINE" w/ANY CRM OR ANALYTIC SYSTEM VIA API
This option includes full control over all of the Brands data via an open API platform. All of the More Than Rewards products are built in top of the MTR Cloud which is RESTFUL API based platform that allows direct access to any aspect of the More Than Rewards Digital Marketing Systems.
This allows FULL CONTROL to any 3rd Party that wants to access ANY part of the customer communication data chain. For example, they can capture disposition lead information real-time using our webhooks or poll customer engagement data using our API software endpoints.
Think of this as the "Engine" that all of the MTR software runs on, while we strive to provide a complete plug-n-play solution to Brands (aka Option 1 above) sometimes Brands will have specific requirements that 3rd party developers to create custom reporting solutions that may not be available within our standard platform.
There are a lot of great lead disposition reporting tools available that this option would work great with. That's where "Option 2" tends to be the preferred for Brands who use one of these 3rd party lead reporting systems, or they are working with existing advertising partners and don't want to migrate to "Option 1".
That's one of the many benefits of our platform is that it's really "platform agnostic" as it can work with any 3rd party system that supports modern RESTFUL API communication.
COMMON USE CASES FOR "OPTION 2"Push Leads Directly Into Our CRM From an Existing Brands Mobile Application
Mobile App Example: When a customer fills out an application or form (such as DLA Lead App) that data can be pushed directly into the HyperDrive CRM real-time. Or when a lead is captured on a Facebook page, it can sync facebook friends with HyperDrive CRM.Capture Lead Disposition Events to Drive Digital Advertising
Netflix Example: A "real life" example here is More Than Rewards recently did a series of Netflix advertisements for a global Brand who wanted to see if "the Netflix Ads" resulted in "Sales". So using the MTR Cloud, they tagged the Netflix ad, then when the unique changed status (aka purchased at their store) they could deduce that x number of Netflix ads resulted in x number of customer conversions so their Netflix ad campaign was successful. To achieve this goal the brand partner tagged the MTR lead using a unique ad identifier then compare it against the disposition of the sales data it pulled form the MTR customer consumer API. So MTR had all the "Sales Data" they had all the "NetFlix" data, and we used a shared key to link the two together to provide the brand "the success conversion data".
Google Ad Word Example: A more straightforward method might be purchasing a particular "Style" of a Brand and having that same "style" follow you around on internet ads. For example, let's say you own "Road King" Harley-Davidson motorcycle, the brand partner knows this because they got this information from the approved MTR cloud ID. So the cloud ID said "all these customer IDs Road Kings". So when they display google ads they only display ads to those customers who owned road kings vs displaying generic ads or of another model such as a H-D Sportscaster. This is very common using systems like the Google Ad words or other cross platform ad systems. .Centralized Dealer System Data Interface - "Middleware"
Dealer System Data Syncing: This example is one that helps brand partners reduce their software development effort. Rather then having to build access to Talon, HDDS, CDKGlobal, DX1 you could build one interface into our system. Since our system already has access to all these 3rd party systems. SO you sync 1 time with us and and do 1 data interface projects vs 4 projects. Thus saving you a lot of time, effort and money. So it reduces your development efforts and allows you to "goto market" faster. This can be rather useful for those companies who may not have the full resources to create a custom development solution, then build on top of our existing stack. It's like Legos but cooler, well let's be honest Legos are pretty cool!
